chew can significantly impact your health. Here's why:

limits. Take time to savor each food. Is it juicy or crunchy? Bitter or sweet?
Eating should be a pleasant moment.

to see for how long you chew your food. You'll be surprise to see how quickly
you swallow it. But smaller pieces are easier for our bodies to digest, which
also facilitates the absorption of nutrients.
