YAY! It's national nutrition month!

March is national nutrition month, and this year's theme is "Bite into a healthy lifestyle".

The academy of nutrition and dietetics encourages us to have healthier bites for a healthier lifestyle. We can do this by consuming fewer calories, making informed food choices, and eating more fruits and vegetables. So, to recharge our 2015 health resolutions, I am going to post for the remaining of this month, helpful tips and information on healthy eating.
